20-Year Old Eagle Scout Back In Court
Today was the continuation of Dustin Hedrick's arraignment.
He was also in court on Monday, but without his attorney.
He was brought in with shackels and kept his head down for most of the arraignment.
His attorneys want him released from custody so he can attend orientation at Sacramento State at the end of next month.
He also lives with his mom in Shingletown.
Despite the defense saying Hedrick would wear an ankle bracelet, the judge denied the request.
So he remains in the Butte County Jail tonight on $100,000 bail.
Some folks were speaking with Hedrick's attorneys after the request was denied.
Hedrick could also face felony charges in Tehama County for another molesting incident.
We put in calls to the Tehama County District Attorney, but haven't heard back yet.
We'll keep you posted on any new developments.
