Armed Robbery at Redding AM/PM Mini-Mart

REDDING, Calif. -

Redding Police are searching for suspects wanted for robbing an ampm store at 1:30 a.m. on Wednesday.

The store clerk at the time, Buster Boren, 37, told police that the suspect entered the business with a black semi-automatic pistol and demanded money.

Boren also told police that there was a second suspect in the store who acted as a lookout.


The suspect with the pistol is described by Redding Police as a white male in his mid-20s. Police said he was  6'1" to 6'2" in height, weighing around 200 lbs. with red hair. Police said he was wearing a white hoodie, gray pants, black shoes and sunglasses.

He also reportedly has a tattoo on his right hand.

The second suspect who acted as the "lookout" was described as a white male in his early 20s, 6"0' with a thin build, wearing a blue hoodie and jeans.

The suspect vehicle was described to be a 2000 or newer four-door sedan. Police said the vehicle was an unknown foreign-make and was in good condition.

The police did not specify how much money the suspects made off with and only said that they left with an "undisclosed amount of property."
