Currently 2,900 customers are without power in the North Valley division, mainly in the foothill communities east of Oroville (Concow, Forbestown), Shingletown, Big Bend, and Plumas County.
PG&E had 125,000 customers without power at the peak and restored power to almost to 99 percent of the customers affected on Sunday. Most of those 1,543 lost power on Sunday and are in difficult to access areas.
Mineral and Concow are the largest outages right now (Plumas County, with two outages impacting a total of 470 customers in Taylorsville and Crescent Mills.) Shingletown power was restored.
The rest are scattered around the territory in 119 separate power outages. Several of these smaller outages are fresh from today, such as an eight-customer outage on Nunnelly in Paradise due to a transformer failure that began this afternoon and will be repaired by 8 p.m. today.
