Updated: Northstate Deals with Storm Fallout: Flooding, Winds and Power Outages

All over the Northstate people are cleaning up after the last in a series of storms barreled through overnight.

Very heavy rainfall and wind gusts up to 60 mph toppled trees, knocked down power lines, filled creeks past capacity and left hundreds of homeowners cleaning up the mess left behind.

It's not over yet. While the rain is expected to mostly clear out, there is still worries about wind and flooding. The Sacramento River is expected to reach flood stage at the bridges in Bend, Tehama, and Corning this afternoon.

There have also been many power outages. Approximately 2,000 PG&E emergency personnel are working today to restore power. The outages are as follows:
