Alcohol license suspended at Modoc County bar
The Likely Saloon won't be allowed to sell alcohol for the next 35 days.
Investigators from the Alcoholic Beverage Control says 53-year-old Daniel Sowman serving alcohol to two minors in September.
One of them died in a car crash after leaving the bar.
The Modoc County District Attorney's Office filed misdemeanor charges against Sowman.
He's charged with furnishing alcohol to a minor that resulted in great bodily harm or death.
