Amber Alert issued in Nevada, extended to California
An Amber Alert has been activated on behalf of the Elko Nevada Police Department.
Nine-year-old Lillyanna Ramirez and three-year-old Martin Angel Rosales went missing on Wednesday in Elko, Nev. The AMBER Alert was extended to California on Friday afternoon.
CHP believes that the two children are with their non-custodial parents, Martin Cisneras Rosales, 33, and Amber Schenck, 29. Rosales is known to have violent tendencies when dealing with police. A restraining order was issued in July to keep him away from his son as well as a court order stating that the children were in danger of serious harm from their parents.
They could be driving a 1980s or 1990s model blue Ford Mustang. CHP said their license plate could be from Nebraska or it could be a paper plate.
