IGO, Calif. -

Tuesday night people in Shasta County will meet to discuss ways to help victims of the deadly Clover fire which destroyed 68 homes in Igo and Happy Valley last week.

Shasta County Supervisor Leonard Moty will hold the meeting with other county officials at the Ono Igo Community Church at 6 p.m. Tuesday.

Representatives from public works, resource management, the assessor's office and other departments will give residents  information on building permits, and assistance programs available to them.

Tuesday morning the Shasta County Supervisors will also discuss the Clover Fire.   Sheriff Tom Bosenko will ask supervisors for a emergency declaration.

If the declaration is ratified and Governor Jerry Brown declares it, Clover Fire victims will qualify for state assistance.
