Here is the latest update on the wildfires burning in the Northstate:

Bald Fire
The Bald Fire is burning in the Lassen National Forest.
Total Acres: 39,736.
Containment: 95%.
Structures Destroyed/Damaged: There are no reports of structures being destroyed or damaged at this time.
Location of Fire: The Bald Fire is burning eight miles southeast of Fall River Mills.
Mandatory Evacuations: There are no evacuations at this time.
Area Closures: People are prohibited from going into or being upon National Forest System lands within the Bald/Eiler Fire Closure area as shown on the following map: http://www.fs.usda.gov/Internet/FSE_DOCUMENTS/stelprd3811901.pdf

Beaver Fire
Total Acres: 32,307.
Containment: 75%.
Structures Destroyed/Damaged: There are no reports of any destroyed or damaged structures at this time.
Location of Fire: The Beaver Fire is located on the Klamath National Forest is burning near Beaver Creek Road just north of Highway 6 near the Klamath River in Siskiyou County.
Evacuations: All mandatory and advisory evacuation orders have been lifted.
Road Closures: Highway 96 has been reopened but motorists should expect intermittent delays and/or hard closures and non-essential traffic should avoid the area.

Coffee Fire
The Coffee Fire is burning in the Shasta-Trinity National Forest.
Total Acres: 6,178.
Containment: 90%.
Structures Threatened: No structures are being threatened at this time.
Structures Destroyed/Damaged: No structures have been reported destroyed or damaged at this time.
Location of Fire: Shasta-Trinity National Forest.
Mandatory Evacuations: There are no mandatory evacuations at this time.
Advisory Evacuations: There are no advisory evacuations at this time.
Closures: A Coffee Fire Area Road and Trail Closures is in effect until further notice. This temporary closure prohibits the public use of any forest trail or road within the Coffee Creek Fire area.

Day Fire
Total Acres: 13,153.
Containment: 100%.
Structures Destroyed/Damaged: There were six structures destroyed in this fire.
Location of Fire: The Day fire was burning north of the community of Day.

Eiler Fire
Total Acres: 32,416
Containment: 95%
Structures Destroyed/Damaged: There have been 7 residences, 2 commercial buildings, and 12 outbuildings destroyed in this fire.
Location of Fire: The Eiler Fire is burning in the Community of Hat Creek.
Evacuations: There are no mandatory or advisory evacuations at this time.
Road Closures: Effective August 11, 2014, a road restriction was issued for Mountain View Road from Highway 89 west to one half mile east of Burney High School. Residents in that area must show proper identification to get through. Pacific Crest Trail is closed at Highway 299 to Highway 44.

Happy Camp Complex
The Happy Camp Complex Fire is burning in Klamath National Forest and consists of an estimated 20 fires caused by lightning.
Total Acres: 1,850.
Containment: 10%.
Structures Threatened: There are no threats to structures at this time.
Structures Destroyed/Damaged: There have been no structures destroyed or damaged at this time.
Location of Fire: Happy Camp Area.
Mandatory Evacuations: There are no mandatory evacuations at this time.
Advisory Evacuations: Advisory evacuations have been issued along China Grade Road from Elk Creek Road to Frying Pan Creek.
Road Closures: China Grade Road is open to residents only.
THERE WILL BE A PUBLIC MEETING HELD TONIGHT, AUGUST 15, 2014, AT 7PM AT THE KARUK GYM LOCATED IN HAPPY CAMP. INFORMATION WILL BE PRESENTED REGARDING THE CURRENT CONDITIONS OF THE HAPPY CAMP COMPLEX FIRES.

July Complex
The July Complex Fire is burning in the Klamath National Forest and consists of two separate fires, the Log Fire and the Whites Fire.
Total Acres: Log Fire: 3,316; Whites Fire: 26,488. Total: 29,804.
Containment: Log Fire: 55%; Whites Fire: 12%.
Structures Threatened: At this time there are 779 residences, 52 commercial buildings, and 640 other structures threatened. These numbers include structures in the mandatory evacuation areas as well as the advisory evacuations area.
Structures Destroyed/Damaged: There have been no structures destroyed or damaged at this time.
Location of Fire: The Whites Fire is burning four miles east of Sawyer Bar. The Log Fire is burning west of Greenview.
Mandatory Evacuations: Mandatory evacuations are in place for the communities of Sawyers Bar, Eddy Gulch, Little North Folk, Idlewild, Mule Bridge, Robinson Flat and Whites Gulch areas. Officials would like to warn residents that once they leave, they may not be able to reenter the evacuation area until the fire danger has passed.
Advisory Evacuations: Advisory Evacuations are in place for the communities or Quartz Valley, Mugginsville, Greenview and South Kidder Creek, the Scott Valley Communities of French Creek and Sugar Creek as well as residents of Black Bear Ranch, Godfrey Ranch and Blue Ridge Ranch.
Road Closures: A hard road closure is in place for Sawyers Bar Road from east of Sawyers Bar to a point between Etna Summit and Etna. Only firefighting vehicles and equipment are being allowed on the road at this time.
