PARADISE, Calif. -

A Chico man is behind bars after police said the suspect led officers on a chase.  Officers said they later recovered four large trash bags filled with marijuana inside his vehicle.

It started when Paradise Police tried to pull over 24-year-old Justin Sakschewski for loud music just after midnight on Honey Run Road.

Officers caught up with him on Centerville Road when his car slid into a culvert.  He was taken into custody with the help of a police K-9.

Four bags of marijuana were found in his vehicle.  He is being charged with felony evading, transporting marijuana, and commission of a felony.
