Road crews warn about icy conditions in Butte County

The Butte County Public Works Department has issued road advisories on several roads in the Butte County foothills.   Rural roads are still icy due to continued cold temperatures.

Paradise Area
• Honey Run Road - closed 1.5 Mile from Centerville Rd to Town of Paradise due to ice.
• Skyway - snow chains required at Nimshew due to snow and ice.

Oroville Area
• Forbestown Road - snow chains required at Lumpkin Road and up due to snow and ice.
• Baldrock Road - snow chains required from Lower to Upper Ene due to snow and ice.
• Oro Quincy Hwy. - snow chains required from Lower Baldrock Road to Mt. House due to snow and ice.
• Rockerfeller Road - snow chains required due to snow and ice.
• Zink Road - snow chains required due to snow and ice.
