The Tehama Interagency Drug Enforcement task force found a slew of drugs, guns and evidence of drug sales at a Cottonwood residence.
Agents served a search warrant on Tuesday at a residence on the 18000-block of Del Norte Dr. in Cottonwood.
At the residence, they found 10.7 grams of crystal methamphetamine, a pipe used for smoking meth, three hand guns, two shotguns, 400.3 grams of processed marijuana, 527 marijuana growing plants and evidence of drug sales.
The residents, Juan Manuel Chavez, 34, of Cottonwood, and Jennifer Diana Cooper, 26, of Redding, were arrested and booked at the Tehama County Jail.
Chavez was booked for possession of methamphetamine for sale. Additional charges will be sought through the Tehama County District Attorney's Office on Chavez and another resident on the property.
Cooper was arrested and booked for being under the influence of a controlled substance.
