We'll see a little more cloud cover today compared to Sunday but the valley will still warm to the low to mid 60s. A cold front will move into the Northstate by Tuesday evening.
Communities closer to the Northcoast will have to contend with some showers today as a weak front moves off the Pacific this morning.
Tuesday evening brings a stronger system. The whole NorthState will be overcast and eventually the rain will start to fall from west to east. Weaverville, Hayfork and Trinity County stand to pick up the most rain out of this system. The valley could possibly pick up a .10 of an inch but many locations will likely get shadowed.
Wednesday through the weekend high pressure starts to rebuild back into California. A very large ridge will plant itself right off the coast, allowing the sun to stick around for Thursday through Saturday and Sunday.
