A woman was seriously burned and two others were taken to the hospital Sunday when a mobile home caught fire in south Oroville.

The fire started some time after 2:00 p.m. in a double wide trailer at the Golden Oaks Mobile Home Park on Highway 70.

A woman who lives at the mobile home was reportedly taken to a burn unit for injuries she suffered in the blaze. Two others were also taken to the hospital. There is no word on the cause or extent of their injuries.

Nine trucks were on the scene including crews from as far away as Paradise.
